Jan Yang, CFA

Jan Yang studied at Oxford University in the UK from 2007 to 2012, majoring in materials science. She holds a bachelor's degree in materials science and a master's degree in semiconductor materials engineering from Oxford University. During her time there, she served as President of the Oxford Chinese Students Association, Vice President of the Oxfordshire Students and Scholars Association (OXCSSA), and as the initiator of the Oxfordshire Wenchuan Earthquake Relief Fundraising Committee. Since April 2017, she has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder.

Before establishing River Delta Wealth Management Company Limited, Ms. Yang was one of the founding employees of a award winning U.S. dollar hedge fund holding a Type 9 license issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. In 2016, she founded River Delta Wealth Management Company Limited, which is currently licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Regulated Activities under Type 4 and Type 9. She served as its Executive Director and CEO, bringing 10 years of extensive experience in managing diversified asset portfolios.

Ms. Yang is highly skilled in the design and construction of family office structures, the establishment and management of family investment funds, and specializes in planning domestic and overseas asset allocation strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients. She possesses professional expertise in hedge fund analysis and investment, hedge fund portfolio allocation management, primary market fund investment, and industry-specific company fundamentals research.
