Before joining River Delta, she led product development at a global asset management firm, and she spent more than a decade in the FICC sector at leading banks. Her specialized skills, which integrate trading, risk management, and client advisory services, support her expertise in complex financial solutions, infrastructures, and operations.

Kelly ensures strict compliance with regulatory requirements while establishing highly efficient and compliant infrastructures, drawing on her extensive experience in the financial industry.
